Howdy!
Thanks everyone who came out to turn in applications and to vote in the e-board elections!
Unfortunately, due to a misunderstanding in who would be able to run for the president position, we currently do not have anyone slated to lead Phi Sigma for the 2013-2014 school year. Therefore, we will be having "cleanup" elections at our next meeting on April 17th at 6pm in ZHS 360. This means that the presidential position is still open and any member, associate or full, is welcome to apply. If you have already turned in an e-board application for another position previously, you do not have to turn another one in to run for president. You can find the e-board application under the "Membership" page (http://uscphisigma.weebly.com/uploads/5/1/4/6/5146673/phi_sigma_eboard_application2013_doc1_1.doc) and you can read the responsibilities there as well (http://uscphisigma.weebly.com/uploads/5/1/4/6/5146673/usc_phi_sigma_e-board_position_descriptions_2012-2013.pdf). Please send in all applications to [email protected]
Also, for all full members, Sean and I have sent in your applications and dues to the national organization and they said they have ordered our cords, pins, and certificates and should be sending them out soon. Please keep in mind you will need to pick up your items at a later date. :)
Finally, Sean and I will be handling some transition business with the new e-board for the 2013-2014 school year. We would also love to hear what new members will plan for the upcoming semester!
